I got this book to help improve my leadership in the work place. There are many great tips offered in this book and I now feel much better about taking on this new role. I found this read light and easy to follow. The author did a great job at explaining and providing details on what separates bosses from leaders. The problem I had with the book and the reason for 3 stars is because the length could of been made a bit longer, but good book overall.
I've been looking for ways to improve my leadership skills at the office and really become more of a leader to my people. I came across Benjamin's book "Start With Why" and I was intrigued by how he was able to communicate so many points in so little of pages. The information was to the point and helpful to me.
I don't have a lot of time to read and usually find audiobooks to listen to while I communicate from the office and back home, but I found this book over the weekend. While it was a short read, I didn't feel ripped off because of the details that the author went into were helpful. If you are like me and are looking to break away from that negative outlook from employees and become more of a leader, this book will be sure to help you as it has helped me.
Terrific book that can be applied to more than a person's job. There's a lot of great information in this book that could not only be applied at the workplace but towards life in general. Indeed it's true, especially at work, that a person reacts to the way they're treated whether it be negatively or positively.
Either at work or at home, YES, what you do matters. Nobody wants to feel as if they're just a cog in the wheel. People are the ones that make a company great. And leaders are born every day. I can relate this to a few people I know as well as their employees and employers. I think this book would be beneficial to many people. I wish this had been a longer audiobook. It leads into the next book "Directional Thinking 10 Steps to Positive Thinking." Important information.
Jay Prichard is a wonderfully upbeat narrator. His pacing and pauses are perfect. He speaks clearly and in a positive way which makes this a great listen. I look forward to the next book.

Unreadable. Basically a long blog post by someone offering little actual advice or information.
The spelling and grammatical errors made this un-readable. What started as a great title seemed to turn into a rant.
Was not interesting to read through. Missing examples and real time comparison which will guide on the principle of why and how
The title is quite catchy so I got this book. I was curious and wasn't disappointed since this book is full of relevant information about leadership. It's really insightful and a great guide in understanding the purpose and inspire people.
